Shriya Innovative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ShriyaIS) reserves all rights to its trademark SaaS solution MyLegalNet®. Use, duplication or disclosure without permission of ShriyaIS is prohibited.
MyLegalNet® is ShriyaIS’s Intellectual property and extends to all of the Trademarks, patents, domain names, database rights. ShriyaIS provides licensed term-based reserved rights to access MyLegalNet® services and will not transfer IPR to a third party unless it is specifically agreed upon by the parties.

The following statement explains about the types of information we collect, how we use and disclose that information and the choices you have regarding such use and disclosure.

Complaints regarding Content posted on MyLegalNet

MyLegalNet respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to helping third parties protect their rights. We desire to offer a portal where users share truthful and accurate information. Our User Agreement requires that information posted by users be accurate, lawful and not in violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties.
In accordance with our User Agreement, MyLegalNet will not be liable for any alleged violation of rights or inaccurate or unlawful content posted by a user on this portal.Our policies and procedures for removing or disabling access to content alleged to be infringing, inaccurate or otherwise unlawful are and remain at our sole discretion. It is also our policy, in appropriate circumstances and in our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users, or groups as the case may be, who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or who otherwise post inaccurate or unlawful content.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through MyLegalNet by submitting a Notice of Alleged Infringement to MyLegalNet's Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, MyLegalNet will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, as it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description specifying the location on our portal of the material that you claim is infringing.
  4. Your mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been improperly submitted against you, you may submit a Counter-Notice, which contains:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that removal or disablement of the material was a mistake or that the material was misidentified.
  4. Your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the Indian jurisdiction and that you will accept service of process from the Complainant submitting the notice or his/her authorized agent.
